One of our nurses will visit your home* to speak with you to assess your footwear needs. They will take measurements and circumferences of both feet and ankles. A diabetic assessment may be completed, if required. 

A foot tracing will be taken** and professionally compared to our sizing chart. Your nurse will then order your custom footwear in your required size, preferred colour and style. 

*GST and travel fees may apply

**if a client is  unable to sit with one or both feet on the floor or is non-ambulatory, a foot tracing will be taken to the best of our ability.

Sizing Appointment

Your nurse will deliver and ensure your custom footwear fits as ordered. They will make any adjustments as needed, and facilitate a return if required.
